To arrange a consultation or ask a question, please contact the practice using the details below. Enquiries are usually answered within one working day.
How to book
Appointments are arranged by Carla Webb, Dr Sim's practice secretary, who will help you find a convenient time and location and answer any questions about insurance or fees.
- Get in touch — call or email the practice using the details below. A GP referral is helpful but not required to book a private consultation.
- Choose where and when — Carla will arrange your appointment at one of Dr Sim's consulting locations, at a time to suit you.
- Before your visit — if any tests are needed beforehand, such as an ECG or heart-rhythm monitoring, these are organised in advance.
- Your consultation — please bring a list of your current medication and copies of any previous ECGs, wearable recordings or test results.

Dr Sim is recognised by the following insurers:

Please confirm cover with your insurer and have your membership and authorisation details to hand.
Self-paying patients
Self-paying patients are welcome. Consultation fees are:
- Initial consultation — £250
- Follow-up consultation — £175
The cost of any investigations or procedures will be discussed and confirmed with you in advance. Fees are subject to change; please confirm when booking.
This service does not provide emergency care. If you have severe or worsening symptoms — chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, or symptoms of a stroke — call 999.
